Your property will be published in our rental list and on our interactive touch screen located at the front of our Vivas Lend Lease Sales Centre, allowing potential tenants to enquire on the property after hours at the touch of a button. We also maintain our own database of potential tenants looking to rent in and around the Docklands area.
Comprehensive tenant screening
We understand that your property is one of the most important purchases you will ever make which is why selecting the right tenant is vital to ensure a smooth tenancy. At Vivas Lend Lease we take all possible measures to ensure your tenant is meticulously screened. Because we only show properties by private appointment we are able to interview any potential applicant to determine their suitability as tenants and require a detailed written application for consideration. Applications are thoroughly reference checked covering security of income, employment stability, detailed rental history (using the National Tenancy Database) and their credit history. The information is then presented to you to help you make an informed decision on the application.
Continued management
Property management is not simply a matter of collecting the rent. Managing your asset effectively requires detailed knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, industry experience and ongoing communication with both landlord and tenant. Our service includes: efficient tenant screening, providing detailed condition reports, carrying out detailed routine inspections every six months, conducting rental reviews and negotiating lease renewals.
