Our aspiration
Lend Lease has a long and proud legacy of delivering sustainable developments worldwide, we are a founding member of the Green Building Council of Australia. Lend Lease recognises that sustainability goes beyond individual buildings and environmental metrics. That is why Lend Lease is now delivering sustainability across precincts and communities through environmental, social and economic initiatives.
Vivas Lend Lease has made the following commitments to sustainability across its entire portfolio:

A minimum 4 Star Green Star rating across its entire portfolio going forward.

Continually researching and delivering improved environmental performance through design, technology and education.

Working with the community and key stakeholders such as Sustainability Victoria to deliver exemplar sustainability outcomes.

Seeking out world’s best practice through working with industry leaders such as One Planet Living.

Specifically, Vivas Lend Lease have achieved the following milestones since 2009:

‘Convesso’ 8 Waterside Place Victoria Harbour – awarded the first 4 Star Green Star Multi unit Residential PILOT rating in Victoria.

‘Serrata’, Victoria Harbour’s newest release is alive with progressive ideas, it’s registered for a Green Star - Multi Unit Residential rating and targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

And a first for Jacksons Landing, ‘Antias’ is also registered for a Green Star rating.
